Ceramic Frame (XL)

Made from white clay and glazed with ash glazes and other natural materials, in soft white and brown tones.

This one really reminds me of a tree whose bark is bursting open. It has lots of crackle, very wabi-sabi, very much nature.

In the middle there’s a lovely spot for a photo. A little memory of your own.

Very simple to hang: there’s an opening on the back, so you just put a screw in the wall and hang it. The photo stays in place with a bit of adhesive putty, which I include.

Handmade, signed and one of a kind.
Fired at 1270°C.

Size: about 25 cm high and 18–19 cm wide
Photo: about 6.5 × 11.5 cm

Piece is signed and unique.
